Service Level Agreements : By having a service level agreement (SLA), you can be sure to have a response within 2 hours to help with any problem you might have with web, hosting or technical.
Email Support : All email support queries will be answered within 8-24hours, unless you have a SLA which will automatically force your query to the front of an que.
Online Support : We offer online support and training via Skype, Team Viewer, Remote Desktop and VNC, to help deal with any problem that can not be overcome via email or phone calls.
Offline / On-site support : On-site support incurs a call out charge unless otherwise agreed upon. On-site training or hardware installation / support is also available on request.
All our products come with limited support to get you started, thereafter you will be charged accordingly.
